How do I get started? Simply download the CARGOPAS mobile app via google play or apple app store. Create a FREE account and complete our verification process.

How can I find the right carriers for my load? First, specify the job details including movement dates, pickup/drop-off location, load specification or classification. Then, use the search feature to find carriers that match your need.

Are my payments secure? All payments transactions are highly secure and 100% protected. We utilize Paystack API – with PCI level 1 data security compliance (highest certification in global payment processing)

What is the payment process for services rendered? Shippers can hold payments in escrow till delivery is confirmed at drop-off location. Once delivery is confirmed, the payment is then released using a security code to protect transaction.

How can I access job information? A user dashboard is available to review job history, total earnings, total travel distance, and more.

Can I navigate directions with this App? No, CARGOPAS utilizes google maps to track load movement and points. Real-time navigation not available at this time.

What is our security standard? We use third-party APIs to manage payments, location, verification and process validations. This helps  mitigate transactional risks and vulnerabilities. We adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
